Join us for the first Crossroads Worship of the fall on Sunday Sept. 12 at 6:30 pm. We will be back at the church (rooms 204-206) and have the full worship team back to lead us. We will be starting a 5 week series entitled “Who am I? Where Do I Fit?” looking at our God given identity, passion and gifts, as well as where we each uniquely fit in the larger body of Christ and ministry of God’s Kingdom.
Join us for an end of summer / start of fall Bar-B-Q at Dave Werner’s house on Sunday Sept. 5. Werner is providing everything for the grill, if you can bring either a side dish or dessert that would be great.
We’ll get the fun started around 4pm and end whenever everyone decides to go home 🙂 Dave has a pool and a hot tub, as well as bocce, ladder ball and other outdoor games, so come ready to jump in, relax and enjoy the evening.

The Crossroads Camping Trip has been rescheduled – it is now the last weekend of August, Friday evening the 27th through Sunday afternoon the 29th.
If you plan to go Jeremy Brose is still handling logistics, so be sure he knows you are coming and that you talk to him about tents, gear, rides, etc. On Sunday Night August 22 after Crossroads we will divide up who will be in charge of which meals, who will bring what supplies etc…. (if you will not be there on the 22nd please contact Mark Bickel). The only cost will be whatever food you are asked to bring and lunch on the road on the way home Sunday.
NOTE: the Fall Kick-off Bar-B-Q originally scheduled for Aug 29 will move to Sunday Night Sept. 5, thus Aug. 29 will be our last Crossroads in the Park for the summer, and Sept. 12 will start our fall Crossroads worship at the church.
On Saturday July 31 Crossroads will be heading to Cape May to help with the church plant there. We plan to help both with work projects and a community survey. We then hope to end the day by hanging out with some of the young adults at Cape May. Those that are interested can also stay over Saturday night to join the church service on Sunday and spend the afternoon in Wildwood.
We would ask you to seriously consider joining us. Please let Mark Bickel (mbickel@grcebfc.org) know if you plan to come so we can plan appropriately.
Once every 3 months Crossroads volunteers to watch the children of the parents attending the NA meeting at church. July 30 from 7-8:30 pm is our next opportunity to serve in this way. Please let Mark Bickel know if you are able to help.
Grace BFC is sending work teams to help with projects at the Wissinoming BFC on the east side of Philly. If you can help during the day July 26-30 please contact Pastor Tim Cowen.
Join us for the annual Crossroads Shore Trip on Saturday July 17.
We will leave the church at 8am and head to Ocean City NJ for a day on the beach and an evening on the Boardwalk.
What is the meaning of Life? Join us this summer as we study the book of Ecclesiastes each Thursday at 8pm. Kevin Coleman kicks off our study with Ecclesiastes chapter 1 on July 1.
Join us for “Crossroads in the Park” at Rose Tree Park on Sunday July 11 at 6:30 pm (park in the rear lot and look for us throwing frisbees in the fields close to there). Includes worship in the park from the Psalms and teaching of wisdom from Proverbs.
This week we begin looking at some of the themes in the book of Proverbs.
